Local Collection

If preferred, we can arrange for you to pick up your order from our registered address ( 6 The Willows, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, Ireland ).

Tracked Shipping

We are delighted to be partnered with Fastway Couriers for a smooth and reputable delivery process. Orders are dispatched daily at 3pm, Irish Standard Time. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible following the verified completion of transaction.

Orders received before 2pm (IST) will aim to be dispatched the same working day. Order received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are tracked.

Delivery Costs and Times

Cost of Delivery

We have standard rates for shipping to the Republic of Ireland (€5.00), Northern Ireland and Great Britain (€6.00) and Australia (€12.00).

We do have capacity to ship worldwide; if you would like to inquire about specific or custom rates, please contact us via email ( sales@vapourireland.com ) or through the form on our Contact page.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order at any stage, please contact us as soon as possible either by email ( sales@vapourireland.com ), stating clearly in the subject line “Cancellation Request – Order ####” , or by phone ( +353 (0) 87 230 0066 ).

If your cancellation request is raised after the packaged has been dispatched, we regret that we will not be able to refund the delivery charges. You will also be required to cover the costs of the ensuing return.

Returns Policy

At Vapour Ireland we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and truly value all our customers. In the unlikely event of any issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it and quickly and as satisfactorily as possible. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For the Return of Non-Faulty Goods

The return timeline for replacement or refund on non-faulty products is seven days, provided it is in its original condition and suitable for resale. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions, packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken, or if blister packaging has been opened, then the product is not in its original condition.

If you wish to return a non-faulty item to Vapour Ireland, please inform us via email ( sales@vapourireland.com ) or the form on our Contact Us page to alert us to your decision.

We ask that you please use a secure, tracked delivery method for returning your products. All items remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the registered returns address. We can not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

The replacement and refund processes for products returned is always subject to inspection and approval by Vapour Ireland.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of non-faulty items if:

  • The packaging or any of the individual product components have been opened, unsealed or damaged.
  • The non-faulty product does not arrive at Vapour Ireland in a resalable condition. In this case, we regret that we are not able to offer you a refund. In such a situation, we will in contact you to arrange the return of the item to you.

 

For the Return of Faulty Goods

The condition of goods deemed faulty is always subject to corroboration by Vapour Ireland.

The return timeline for replacement or refund on faulty products is seven days. Any damage incurred during original delivery must be reported to Vapour Ireland by 3pm Irish Standard Time the following day.

If you wish to return a faulty item to Vapour Ireland, please inform us via email ( sales@vapourireland.com ) or the form on our Contact Us page to alert us to your decision.

We ask that you please use a secure, tracked delivery method for returning your products. All items remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the registered returns address. We can not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Please obtain and send us proof of postage costs. If the returned items are confirmed to be faulty by Vapour Ireland, we will reimburse the cost of postage incurred.

Please note: the chosen method of delivery should not exceed the cost of An Post registered post, nor the value of €10.00. If a valid reason is provided for why the delivery method/postage should exceed €10.00, please email for authorisation prior to sending.

We regret that we cannot reimburse the cost of postage without proof of cost.

In the event of faulty items, we will be happy to replace or refund your items. Please state your preferred method of resolution in your original note. We will dispatch a replacement item on the next working day, and refunds will be processed within 14 working days from receipt of returned item. Refunds will be issued to the card or account used during the original purchase. Please anticipate up to five working days for the refund to process completely.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of faulty items if:

  • The stated deadline has passed for reporting packages that have been damaged in original transit.
  • We do not receive the package/products you have tried to return.
